Health Insurance Claim Handling Process Re-designing
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I was asked to redesign the Health Insurance Claims Handling process and verify if the improved business process model will be beneficial using Business Process Improvement Techniques.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provided a list of change options justified via redesign heuristics and the business process reengineering principles.

Compared the expected queue length of the current AS-IS process with the expected queue length of the TO-BE process assuming zero delays.

Performed critical analysis of the improvements obtained by the TO-BE process model over the AS-IS process model using simulation.
Data Analytical Mobile application and dashboard development using SAP
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Development of an analytical mobile application using SAP BusinessObjects Design studio that easily access and monitor the sales related data on-the-go. The mobile dashboard that you create should apply a visual and interactive approach to reporting, communicating information to the decision-makers in a user-friendly manner.
